Diana Pîrje Interview: A Journey of Femininity and Empowerment
Today’s post is going to be a special one. March is the month we celebrate the strong women in our lives and femininity, and we couldn’t do it better than with the help of an expert in this field. Diana Pîrje is a clinical psychologist, author, and trainer for women. Her journey started with the website “Silueta Mea” (My Silhouette), which she later developed into something larger: the community with her own name, Diana Pîrje.
To date, she has organized numerous workshops and webinars on various topics, written three truly inspirational books (“How to Become a Special Woman”, “Wings of Femininity” and “Diary of a Happy Woman”) and shared her experience in various television shows.
I would like to thank her once again for taking the time to do this interview and let her know how proud I am to know her personally and to have been able to follow her successful career from the very beginning.
Background
Cosmina: Diana Pîrje has become no longer just a name of a person, but a brand for what femininity, self-confidence, happiness, and self-love mean. Can you tell my readers a little more about yourself, please? What are you like as a person and what elements do you think define you as a woman?
Diana: First, I am honored by your introduction. Secondly, the most important aspect for me is authenticity and transparency. I learned to be honest with myself and what I feel in the moment, without denying my emotions. I feel what I feel, and I accept it.
As a personality, I am very jovial, open, feminine, strong, sincere, communicative, and full of enthusiasm. What I like the most is to bring out the best in people.
I have always felt that I have a calling towards knowledge and evolution, and this is what encouraged me to choose the job of psychologist. And later to focus my study on everything that means femininity and personal development for women.
Blogging
C: Your blog has helped many women in the process of finding themselves and finding their way in life. You inspire them and give advice on how to overcome life challenges. How did its story begin?
D: My story begins at the age of 17, when I really wanted to be able to change certain things in the Romanian education system. For example, I felt the need to see more personal development courses in schools and high schools, which would help young people find themselves, what their vocation is and what they want in life.
Because I couldn’t find such courses in the available curricula, I started to read a lot of books and to understand that in fact, I need to develop myself a lot in order to succeed in everything I want.
It is only about education and self-education.
I chose to self-educate myself at a very young age and later I wished to be able to guide others. This guidance took the for of my blog and community.
Psychology

C: You studied psychology. What attracted you to this field?
D: I was attracted by the fact that I wanted to see a change in the world and above all, I wanted to feel that I was becoming a better, more capable, more responsible person. I have always wanted to prove who I am and what I can do. And psychology was the subject that allowed me to find myself and be the best version of mine.
C: You have managed to change many lives for the better through what you do. What was the most emotional feedback from people around you that you received?
D: I have received a lot of wonderful feedback over time. From healed traumas to relationships that were created or healed or increased self-confidence. However, the most emotional was when I receive a message like: “The whole process worked and everything I have learned from you was effective. I’m glad I had patience and trust! “
I feel then as if I have that person’s soul in my hands, and she has complete trust in me. It is the best feedback I could receive for my work.
Path to success
C: How would you describe the path to your present success? What were the factors that contributed the most in creating the version of Diana that you are today?
D: I had many mentors. I worked in individual therapy, in constellations, group therapy workshops, but also channeling sessions. All of them helped me enormously to be the woman I am today. I know that only by working with myself, I will always be able to take one more step of evolution. And the most important evolution is the internal one.
C: Along the path you have chosen, you have certainly encountered many difficulties and times in which everything seemed to stagnate. What do you think was the secret of your success overcoming all obstacles?
D: My secret is the fact that I didn’t give up. I think that, although all people have obstacles in their lives, those who succeed are those who believe in themselves and in their dreams and who are careful not to lose their vision. We all get lost along the way, but I think the most important thing in the world is to always stay focused on what we want.
Books, workshops, and femininity television shows
C: You managed to publish three books, appeared in numerous television shows, organized numerous workshops. What is currently your favorite part of everything you do?
D: Currently I like the television part, especially since I have my show since the beginning of this year. However, I don’t neglect the writing part either, because I don’t want to stop here with the published books, and regarding the workshops, I can say that I simply love them. I love the energy that is created there. I would even say that I like all these parts if you allow me.
And there would be the creativity part because I want to create many beautiful projects in the future.
C: Your last published book is called “Diary of a Happy Woman”. Can you please tell me a little bit more about what it is about?
D: “Diary of a Happy Woman” is a manual for discovering the true happiness, the one that is inside you. It is structured as a guide of therapeutic questions, and it will transport you to a process of analyzing and discovering various parts of your life. With the final goal being of you becoming your best and happiest version. This diary is the help every woman needs to clean her vision and her life path of what is holding her down.

Life Tips & Advice
C: When a person manages to be so successful, free time becomes a problem. What is your secret to managing your time in an efficient manner, so you have time for yourself and your other passions?
D: I have always considered success to be relative. Maybe for some people it’s a big success. I personally think that I still have a lot to grow to achieve the success I want. But success is primarily internal success. To be aligned with yourself, to understand who you are, to accept your emotions, to know what you want and what your true desires are. When you reach this success, work becomes passion and working time and free time are the same.
When you manage to be good with yourself, and the rest of the things align, I think so.
Related to time management, it’s quite challenging sometimes. Especially when I have busy periods where I no longer know how to manage everything that needs to be done and be kind and nice with myself at the same time.
However, I think that it is very important for a woman to know how to really relax and to give herself quality moments so that she can be kind to herself in every moment. I always try to make space in my life for self-kindness, no matter how busy I am.
C: You have collaborated with and tested various brands over time. What are your favorite brands that you have tried and that you would recommend to others?
D: As cosmetic brands, I really like organic ones. I didn’t collaborate with them, but I tested many, and I really liked them. Phyt’s Organics is one of my favorites because they are very healthy for the skin and offer very good results. I tried them at Bell Clinic, a clinic in Bucharest with top services, which I wholeheartedly recommend. All the facial treatments there are absolutely brilliant.
Wellness and Femininity advice
C: If you could give one piece of advice to all the readers of this interview and those who follow you constantly, what would it be?
D: To believe in them unconditionally. To stop comparing themselves to others all the time because they don’t have to. Every person is unique and has their own path. It is precisely the fact that we are different that makes us special and helps us not to compare ourselves to anyone in this world. And not to let anyone and nothing slow them down from their path and their happiness.
